ATM Risk Disclosure

Last updated: September 28, 2025

Read this carefully before using ATM. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose some, all, or more than your initial capital. By using ATM, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

1) No Advice

ATM is education + software. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

2) Hypothetical & Backtested Results (Important Limitations)

  • Any performance we show may include hypothetical or backtested results. Hypothetical/backtested results have many inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect financial risk, and may understate the effect of slippage, latency, rejected orders, outages, and human error.
  • Walk‑forward or paper trading also differs from real trading. Live fills can vary materially.
  • Past performance (including hypothetical results) does not guarantee future results.

3) Market Risks

  • Volatility: Prices can move rapidly and gap through levels. Protective stops may not fill at expected prices.
  • Liquidity: Thin markets can widen spreads and increase slippage.
  • Leverage: Futures/FX/crypto leverage magnifies gains and losses; small moves can trigger large drawdowns or liquidation.
  • Correlation/Regime shifts: Behavior that held in one period or asset may fail in another.

4) Automation Risks

  • Execution: Alerts, webhooks, and broker APIs can fail or delay due to internet, platform, or third‑party outages.
  • Slippage/fees: Real‑world routing, partial fills, funding/financing, and commissions affect results.
  • Settings: Misconfiguration (sizing, units, contracts), incorrect timezones/sessions, or stale presets can cause losses.
  • Over‑automation: Automated actions can repeat errors faster. You must supervise.

5) Data & Model Risks

  • Data quality: Bad ticks, missing bars, or provider changes can corrupt signals.
  • Model drift: Strategies degrade over time; parameters require review and may stop working.
  • AI limitations: AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat AI as a tool—not an oracle.

6) Personal Responsibility & Suitability

  • Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. Do not use borrowed funds you cannot repay.
  • Position sizing, exposure caps, and risk controls are your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and compliance in your jurisdiction.

7) Third‑Party Dependencies

ATM relies on third‑party services (e.g., TradingView, brokers, data, email, hosting). We do not control their availability, pricing, rules, or behavior. Changes or outages can impact your results.

8) No Performance Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding profitability, drawdowns, win rate, or any outcome. Any examples are illustrative only.

9) Conflicts, Affiliates & Disclosures

  • We may provide educational content about brokers, data providers, or services. Where we use affiliates or receive compensation, we will disclose it.
  • Our personnel may trade their own accounts. Positions can change without notice.

10) Acknowledgment

By using ATM you confirm that you:

  • Understand the risks described above, including the limitations of hypothetical results.
  • Accept full responsibility for your trades, automation, settings, and outcomes.
  • Have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
